Castle Nursing Homes has been family owned and operated since 1949 and today is one of Ohio's leaders in the nursing home field. A member of the Ohio Health Care Association, we offer 310 licensed, certified beds in two facilities located in Millersburg - the heart of Ohio's scenic Amish country. Admissions are coordinated by a Registered Nurse and Admissions Coordinators. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance for payment as appropriate for the individual resident. Castle Nursing Homes is also a Veteran's Administration (VA) Contract Provider of extended care.

The Castle Family of Care Centers consists of Sunset View, an Intermediate Care and Skilled Nursing facility, Scenic View, proudly serving our U.S. Veterans, as well as individuals who may present behavioral challenges in a traditional nursing home setting, Greenfield offering Independent and Assisted living in a homelike atmosphere and Fairview, the newest addition to the Castle family, a co-ed Residential Care Facility.
